How does it work?
Here’s an example of how a typical Text For Info campaign might work:
- A customer sends an SMS text message to 8121 containing the keyword stated in the promotion, for example ‘web design’
- A reply message is instantly sent to their mobile number.
- The original message is stored for your records and can also be automatically forwarded to another mobile number or email address for follow-up.
